Vuong Dinh Rice Flour Factory

Vuong Dinh Flour Factory – A Step Forward in the Deep Processing Strategy for Agricultural Products

Vuong Dinh Group is implementing the Vuong Dinh Flour Factory Project, oriented toward producing rice flour and potato/tapioca flour for the food industry and related processing needs.

The project is identified as a new development step in Vuong Dinh Group’s agricultural value chain, aiming to enhance the value of Vietnamese agricultural products through deep processing instead of focusing only on raw material products.

1. Project Scale

According to the current plan, Vuong Dinh Flour Factory has the following parameters:

  • Total investment capital: VND 500 billion
  • Factory area: 5,000 m²
  • Designed capacity: 30,000 tons/year
  • Status: Under implementation
  • Expected completion: Q4/2026

With this scale, the project is oriented to become a new link in Vuong Dinh Group’s agriculture – processing – distribution ecosystem.

2. Developing High-Quality Rice Flour Products

One of the factory’s key product lines is premium rice flour, using selected rice sourced from raw material areas in the Mekong Delta.

According to the project orientation, Wet Milling technology is used to maintain fineness, uniformity, and characteristics suitable for processed food products.

Rice flour is oriented for application in many product groups such as:

  • Rice vermicelli
  • Pho noodles
  • Rice paper
  • Processed food products made from rice

The product aims for whiteness, smoothness, and appropriate elasticity for the processing procedure.

3. Producing Potato and Tapioca Flour

In addition to rice flour, Vuong Dinh Flour Factory is also oriented to produce potato/tapioca flour from raw materials such as cassava and potato.

The production line is expected to use a centrifugal separation and filtration system to enhance purity and control impurities during processing.

This product group is oriented for application in:

  • Confectionery production
  • Food industry
  • Products requiring binding ability
  • Certain processing needs using starch

4. Production Process Oriented Toward ISO 22000

The project is developed according to a production process oriented toward the ISO 22000 standard, with the main process chain:

Raw materials → Cleaning → Milling/Separation → Drying → Packaging

Organizing the production line as a closed process helps Vuong Dinh Group move toward the ability to control quality from input materials to finished products.

5. Increasing Value for the Agricultural Chain

Vuong Dinh Flour Factory is not only viewed as an independent production project but also as part of the Group’s orientation to develop its agricultural value chain.

Through deep processing activities, the project aims to:

  1. Increase the value of agricultural raw materials.
  2. Expand the portfolio of processed products.
  3. Increase connectivity between raw material areas and production activities.
  4. Serve the needs of the domestic food industry and international markets.
  5. Gradually complete the value chain from raw materials to processed products.

6. Toward a Sustainable Agricultural Value Chain

In its long-term development strategy, Vuong Dinh Group aims to connect the fields of agriculture, processing, technology, and logistics to increase proactiveness in the supply chain and enhance product value.

Investing in Vuong Dinh Flour Factory demonstrates the orientation of shifting from raw material production to deep processing and developing products with higher added value.

The project is expected to be completed in Q4/2026, adding a new link to Vuong Dinh Group’s agricultural and food ecosystem.

Proposed Message

Vuong Dinh Coffee Factory

Vuong Dinh Coffee Factory

Preserving the Values of the Central Highlands – Toward Green and Sustainable Processing

Vuong Dinh Coffee is an important link in the agricultural and agricultural product processing ecosystem of Vuong Dinh Group, associated with the orientation to develop raw material zones, enhance the value of coffee beans, and gradually apply technology to production and processing.

With a brand foundation presented as having a tradition spanning generations in the Central Highlands, Vuong Dinh Coffee aims to combine local values, processing experience, and modern technology to create coffee products with stable quality, suitable for domestic demand and export orientation.

Position in the Vuong Dinh Group Ecosystem

Within the Vuong Dinh Group ecosystem, Vuong Dinh Coffee serves as an agricultural product processing entity, directly linked to raw material zones, agricultural operations, and the Group's logistics system.

This linkage model helps form a value chain from raw material zones, crop care, harvesting, and processing to transport and distribution. Through this, Vuong Dinh Group aims to better control input quality, production processes, and product output.

Developing Raw Material Zones in the Central Highlands

Coffee preliminary processing

According to the current capability profile, Vuong Dinh Group develops coffee raw material zones in the Dak Lak and Gia Lai areas, with the stated farm area being over 200 ha.

The raw material zones are oriented to apply cultivation processes according to VietGAP and GlobalGAP standards and linked to traceability requirements. This is an important foundation for enhancing the ability to control raw material quality before processing.

Processing Capacity

The Vuong Dinh Group profile currently records coffee processing capacity at approximately 50,000 tons/year, while also presenting a processing system using roasting and grinding technology originating from Germany.

The factory and processing workshop are oriented toward investment in modernization, automation, and improving the consistency of product quality. This is part of the Group's strategy for deep processing development to increase the value of Vietnamese agricultural products.

Robusta and Arabica Coffee

Vuong Dinh Coffee focuses on two common raw material lines: Robusta and Arabica.

Developing both of these raw material lines simultaneously helps the company expand its ability to serve different market segments, from raw materials for roasting and grinding to products aimed at export markets.

In addition to the raw material factor, Vuong Dinh Group emphasizes preserving the distinctive flavor of the Central Highlands, combined with increasingly standardized processing procedures.

Toward a Green Production Model

One of the notable orientations of Vuong Dinh Coffee is utilizing by-products from the processing process to serve a circular economy model.

The current capability profile mentions the orientation of applying thermal power technology from coffee husks, thereby utilizing agricultural by-products as an energy source for production.

This approach aligns with Vuong Dinh Group's overall orientation toward sustainable development, reducing resource waste, and gradually building a production chain capable of reusing by-products.

Smart Agriculture Applications

In its digital transformation strategy, Vuong Dinh Group aims to apply IoT technologies, moisture sensors, automatic irrigation systems, and drones in coffee raw material zones.

According to the current profile, the Smart Farm model in the Central Highlands is deployed on approximately 200 ha of coffee, with solutions including soil moisture sensors, automatic drip irrigation, and drones for crop monitoring.

The profile also states target outcomes including saving irrigation water and improving productivity; however, specific performance indicators should continue to be cross-checked against actual operational data before being used in official published documents.

Quality and Standards

Vuong Dinh Coffee is placed within the Group's overall quality management system, with the orientation to comply with standards on food safety, traceability, and product quality.

The current profile lists standards and certifications such as ISO 22000, HACCP, FDA, HALAL, and OCOP within Vuong Dinh Group's agricultural – food system. However, when used specifically for the Vuong Dinh Coffee Factory, it is necessary to clearly identify which legal entity, facility, or product each certification is currently issued to in order to ensure accuracy upon publication.

Market Orientation

Vuong Dinh Group aims to develop coffee for both domestic and international markets.

In its market expansion strategy to 2030, the target markets mentioned include Germany, the United States, Japan, and several European markets. The profile also states the orientation to develop coffee orders meeting international standards and to gradually increase the proportion of deep-processed products.

From Coffee Beans to Sustainable Value

The Vuong Dinh Coffee Factory is positioned not only as a processing facility but also as part of Vuong Dinh Group's strategy to develop its agricultural value chain.

From raw material zones in the Central Highlands, the application of technology in cultivation, processing, and by-product utilization, to logistics and market connectivity, Vuong Dinh Group's goal is to gradually enhance the value of Vietnamese coffee beans and develop a more sustainable production model.
